Get ‘Bendy’ Stretch and Movement Class

Being strong, mobile, capable and ready for action at the drop of a hat is what I love about being ‘fit’. But, an often ignored or left to the last minute area is flexibility.

Rather than making a token gesture towards this vital area, I am offering a live online opportunity to join a stretch class by virtual means, using a live conferencing app (aka Zoom).

First off, why bother working on flexibility?

  • Enhanced recovery from physical training
  • Reduced risk of injury by addressing muscular tension imbalances
  • Improved freedom of movement
  • Increases physical and mental relaxation

How does a typical class run?

Each class will run organically through a full body stretch and mobility routine. Requests are welcome if any attendee has a problem area. Guaranteed any requested ‘tight spot’ will be a shared issue with many people.

In any case, a top to toe program will be practiced with an emphasis on good breathing techniques, postural restoration and a bit of light-hearted fun.
