What is Animal Flow?
Animal Flow® is an innovative new fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground based movements with elements from various bodyweight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging, multi-planar workout.
By reconnecting to their bodies through movement training, Animal Flow® enthusiasts gain a better understanding of their bodies while enjoying increased mobility, flexibility, strength, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication.
Quite a few benefits hey? Beginners start by getting familiar with the three key animal positions – Ape, Beast and Crab – before practicing how to transition between these. The complexity of transitions and the addition of the other movements then get added to create flows.
Animal Flow® includes a wide range of exercises and movement combinations that are grouped into six components, each designed to elicit specific results.

Animal Flow is being taught at FitStrong either one-to-one or in small groups.

New Year Programs 2020
During 2020 I’ll be taking Animal Flow out of the gym and into the wild with events planned for open green space in local Bunyaville and probably other beautiful spots to stop and flow. Naturally I’m open to suggestions or bookings for private classes over the greater Brisbane area.
