Back2You Challenge

You have accepted the challenge, to spend 21 days improving your strength and fitness… but this is a challenge and it must be measured!

Each participant can score up to 23 points per week, as per the following standards:

  • Maintaining the daily healthy eating recommendations
    • 7 points / week
  • 3 Strength training sessions at FitStrong
    • 6 points / week
  • Daily mobility practice
    • 7 points / week
  • Three aerobic sessions per week
    • 3 points / week
