At FitStrong here in Albany Creek, we practice and prioritise Moving Well & Developing Real World Strength. We spend time on each one of these physical qualities to address what our lives require and what our aspirations desire. Building movement skills and strength can be great fun too.
This page is dedicated to Moving Well and sharing different ways we develop and learn just that. Some of these videos may demonstrate a warm up, a stand alone practice session or just plain ol’ messing about! I’ll include Original Strength, Animal Flow and a mix of other movement practices I’ve learnt from other sources.
The videos will be simple recordings so don’t expect Michael Bay production quality but hey, it’s FREE for you and check back occasionally as I’ll update this weekly… hopefully.
