Group training is an exciting way to exercise with like-minded people whilst following professionally programmed training plans written by your trainer.
Each month we’ll be following excellent training programs with an emphasis on strength, moving better and fitness.
Beginners will follow an on-board program for the first few weeks to learn the correct techniques for all the major movement we train with.
- 45 minute sessions with a flexible start time between 5:30am to 6:45am… just in case you sleep in!
- $50 per week for unlimited access, Monday to Friday.
