Many people start here, working directly with the trainer.

Personal training is the most specific, on-target way to start to improve your health, fitness, strength and movement skill.

Personal training fits where there is a very particular goal. Like preparation for an event, sports strength and conditioning, learning how to use kettlebells or immersing into Natural Movement aka MovNat, Animal Flow practice where you receive the full attention of the trainer.

Many people commit to ongoing personal training to build a foundation before joining small group personal training. Some people take a mix of one-to-one and small group. There are options to suit everyone.


I have created two different, yet simple ways to start up, depending on what you need. 

#1 Progressive Exercise Training & Phased Nutrition:

I will not only take you through a personalised, progressive exercise program directed at your goals and needs, but also provide you with a phased nutritional plan. Much like the exercise plan will help form a healthy foundation to progress from, the nutritional plan will address where you need to start and progress you onwards.

This program option can be tailored for two polar opposites. Read on…

  • If you are a beginner with an ‘unstructured’ eating history and equally negligible exercise habits – this is a perfect starting point to give you the healthiest booster and step upwards and onwards. I’ll help you build a healthier relationship with both eating and exercise. 
  • If you have reasonable nutritional habits, experienced level of fitness and strength but need that next level to edge you faster, stronger, fitter and leaner, this program can help you progress your nutrition and exercise from average to high performing.

Phased Nutrition program $100 one-off payment

45 minutes Training $75 per session


#2 Progressive Exercise Training:

Just like option #1, only minus the detailed nutrition element. If you are a beginner to an advanced exerciser, I will build and coach you through a personalised and progressive program. If you don’t even have a goal, but know you need to exercise, allow me the pleasure of guiding you through the many wonderful methods and systems that lead to improved fitness, strength, movement skills and health.


45 minutes Training $75 per session

30 minutes Training $55 per session
