Whilst I provide one-to-one personal training, small group and online training, all members receive a progressive program to cater for ‘their own’ individual needs and goals and of course, their starting point.
Beginners to exercise learn the essentials of how to move better to allow them to pursue further strength goals and the more experienced trainees can start to wind their way through the many options of progressing their movement and strength skills.
With over 22 years experience in the business of training, there is a solution for everyone.
Semi-private training is our most popular program, for those who like working with a partner or friends. Semi-private training is typically 2-3 people in a session.
Group dynamics include friends, husband-wife teams, couples preparing for the big wedding day, bridesmaids, siblings, and mother-daughter duos.
One of the top reasons people hire a trainer is to feel better. That might mean moving without aches and pains or getting fitter and stronger and may include wanting help with fat loss solutions. If any of these are your goals, I can keep you on keep on track, keep you motivated, accountable, and keep you focused on reaching your number one goal. If you have any specific health conditions or injuries, I will work with you and your doctor or physiotherapist to plan a safe, effective program.
