Training at Fitstrong Strength & Wellness is an excellent opportunity for someone who prefers a 1 on 1 coaching relationship as their primary form of exercise.
FitStrong members receive a progressive program to cater for their individual needs and goals and starting point. Indeed, beginners to exercise would benefit greatly starting out at FitStrong with over 22 years experience in the business of personal training.
We also offer semi-private training for those who like working with a partner or friends. Semi-private training is typically 2-3 people with one trainer.
Group dynamics include friends, husband-wife teams, couples preparing for the big wedding day, bridesmaids, siblings, and mother-daughter duos.
Semi-private training is more cost-effective than the traditional 1 on 1 training and is our most popular training option.
One of the top reasons people hire a trainer is to feel better. That might mean moving without aches and pains or getting fitter and stronger and may include wanting help with fat loss solutions.
