First off, let me classify ‘senior’ as anyone over 50.
Our ‘over 50s’ 45 minute classes are a fantastic opportunity to train in a small group with like-minded people. We focus on a healthy balance of strength, fitness, moving better, coordination and a bit of fun too. Classes are designed with the health, strength and fitness needs of over 50s in mind. No unnecessary bootcamp style workout as all our programs are professionally written and taught.
Currently running Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 10:45am.
