Seniors Class

Our ‘over 55s’ 45 minute classes are a fantastic opportunity to train in a small group of up to 3 like-minded people.

Whilst I do label the class as over 55s, anyone over 40 could actually benefit from this particular class. Everyone needs to stay strong and mobile – wouldn’t you agree?

We focus on a healthy balance of strength, fitness, moving better, coordination and a bit of fun too. Classes are designed with the health, strength and fitness needs of anyone with a bit of mileage in their body. No unnecessary bootcamp style workouts as all our programs are professionally written and taught.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 10:45am. BOOKED OUT
