Seniors Class

Our seniors 45 minute classes are a fantastic opportunity to train in a small group with like minded people. We focus on a healthy balance of strength, fitness, moving better, coordination and a bit of fun too. Classes are designed with the health, strength and fitness needs of over 55s in mind.

The classes runs twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 10:45am. The class focusses on a healthy balance of strength, fitness, moving better, coordination and a bit of fun too.
