AS A KEEN CYCLIST WITH LEG LENGTH DIFFERENCES, I HAVE TRIED IN VAIN FOR YEARS TO ADDRESS MUSCLE IMBALANCES WITH PHYSIOTHERAPISTS AND PERSONAL TRAINERS. NONE WORKED MAINLY DUE TO THE FACT THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE DYNAMICS ASSOCIATED WITH BALANCING ON A SADDLE AND PRODUCING POWER. JAMIE USED A METHODICAL APPROACH AND PROVIDED A TAILOR-MADE PROGRAM TO ADDRESS THE IMBALANCES.
